Living and Dining Room
The living room is complete with ceiling fan, TV, free view package with all channels including sports and films,  two 3 seater settees, coffee table, rug, side table side unit, AC unit to cool the whole area and an Alexa.
We also have board games, puzzles, cards etc... for you to enjoy.

The dining room has a large table to seat 6 people, a beautiful glass light situated over the table and
a glass cabinet.


Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances
such as a microwave, electric cooker and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, electric and manual coffee maker, electric orange juicer, all utensils, plates, bowls, mugs,cutlery, plastic plates
and cups etc........


Outside Terrace
From the kitchen you can enter the terrace that overlooks the pool and garden.  
On the terrace you will find a large dining table that seats 6 people, large fridge freezer, seating area for relaxing and a Futbollin table for a little entertainment.

There are two awnings that you can unwind and keep the terrace in shade all day long. 


Outside Side and Back Area
At the side of the property you will find a rotary washing line and behind the villa you will find the cinema room that has a small functional kitchen with microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer
for your use.
There is a large gas BBQ with a preparing trolley and utensils for your family BBQ feasts.


Outside Area
The outside area is very spacious and covered
with astro turf and shingle. 
There is a large reformed swimming pool with LED lights, new sunbeds with a tropical umbrella, small tables for your drinks, solar shower, golf bunker, putting hole, swing ball, basketball net, football goal, large Jenga, table tennis table, golf bunker, putting hole and comfortable seating to watch the
beautiful sunset in the evening.

This villa is a truly peaceful and tranquil place to stay, but still very close to the popular park of San Vicente, the town centre, Valencia and many other places.
