PAYMENTS

​

50% Payment is due on booking.

50% Payment plus 600 Euros Security Deposit is due 8 weeks prior to your check-in date.

*We only advertise and take bookings on our main website, Holidu, Bookings.com, Airbnb, VRBO

and Homes and Hotels.

*Please be aware that prices differ from the main website than booking via an agent, as agents commissions apply which will cost you more*
 

SECURITY DEPOSIT

For all bookings we require a 600 Euros Damage Deposit which will be refunded back to you

once the villa has been checked after your stay. 

Please allow 5 working days for the refund.
 

ADDITIONAL PRICES

Dog Supplement - 50 Euros to 80 Euros (per week, per dog depending on the size)

CANCELLATION TERMS

100% Refund if you cancel 60 days before check-in.

50% Refund if you cancel 30 days before check -in.

NO refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

All cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
