Villa Casa Segunda was fully-renovated in 2021 to provide guests with the highest level of comfort.

 

The new double glazed windows enclosing robust mosquito nets, noise-proof doors, upgraded electrics and plumbing,

newly-fitted LED-colour-lights, 9 m swimming pool and an extension en suite, the villa will exceed even the highest expectations

for Spanish country relaxation. 

 

Outside, a large garden with artificial grass offers some outdoor games such as Basketball, Football, Table Tennis, Swing Ball

and Futbolin for the whole family to enjoy as well as a practice golf bunker for those getting ready for the course.

 

Private parking at the villa can accommodate 3 cars.

KITCHEN

Offering everything you need for preparing delicious meals, the kitchen at Villa Casa Segunda is comprised of all utensils

and necessities as well as brand-new appliances: oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine´s,

electric Orange Juicer and blender.

There are also safety devices in place such as:

first aid kit, fire blanket in the kitchen and smoke detectors throughout the villa.

On cooler or rainy evenings, gather around the 6-seater dining table for a delightful and cosy meal together.

THE GARDEN

The villa has a large private parking area for up to 3 cars.

The cinema room, conveniently located just behind the villa! Here, you'll find a washing machine and tumble dryer for your laundry needs, with a spacious rotary washing line, pegs, and a basket easy drying.

Additionally, enjoy a large gas BBQ complete with a separate preparing trolley, perfect for outdoor gatherings and delicious meals.

And best of all… the large private pool with steps and LED multi-coloured lights will welcome

you any time during your stay - whether you are sunbathing on the large sun terrace,

enjoying a warm solar shower or cooling off in the evening after a glorious day of site-seeing.

There are many outdoor activities for your use such as: Table Tennis, Football Goal, Basketball Net, Swing-ball, Golf Bunker,

Putting Hole, Giant Jenga and Noodles for the pool.

Our newly renovated cinema room, available from January 2025, is a fully soundproofed space and features a surround system, comfortable seating, and an impressive 86" 4K HD, ensuring an immersive viewing experience.

With an AC unit, ceiling fan, toilet, and a small functional fitted kitchen and microwave, you can chill and relax in style.

It's the perfect retreat you need a break from the sun!
